The MADRE restaurant, located in the emblematic Ritual de Terra hotel, held, on November 23, a fantastic “4 hands” dinner-pairing with two great stars.
The chefs Nazario Cano, executive chef of rte. MADRE and Miguel Vicente Barrera, chef with a Michelin star in his art. Cal Paradís, came together to offer the 20 attendees a unique gastronomic experience consisting of an 8-course dinner.
Among the different dishes, you could taste preparations based on the Mediterranean, with fish and seafood, very typical of Nazario, and some others with nods to Peruvian cuisine, of which it also incorporates nuances in its preparations. For his part, the famous Miguel Barrera left his mark, delighting us with products such as the delicious penjar tomato with sardine and grilled garlic or pot meat with tuber melasnoporum truffle.
