Its flat plot invites you to walk around the outside of the house, lots of greenery, lots of native plants, lots of Mediterranean… We see the house from different angles, and thanks to having a single floor it is very friendly and as if the house itself invited us to enter and discover it, but not yet, we decided to continue and walk barefoot through its garden until we reach its rectangular pool with calm and very elegant waters, if it were my house I would take a bath right now… observe from the gazebo next to the pool that in front of it is the naya or summer terrace with three arches of authentic style, which remind me of the “riu rau” that my grandparents’ little house had where I spent every summer with them… this house promises… it is getting dark and the irrigation begins to wet the grass, now I decided to go in and see its interior through the naya where surprisingly it has a “chillout” sofa, a summer table and a barbecue with a bar to be enjoyed with your best company.

This project was designed by a well-known local architecture studio, and it shows. Noble and natural materials such as stone and wood greet me as I discover the rooms. Once again, the open fireplace in the living room transports me back to life, making me imagine myself on a rainy winter night, with a glass of wine and a blanket in front of it. Incredibly modern, incredibly comfortable, incredibly unique. The red light of the sunset enters through all the windows, drawing a canvas of light and shadow in its five perfectly decorated rooms. Its wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms are very harmonious and calm. Not to mention its en-suite bathroom.

From the hallway that connects the night area with the day area and thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows, I see how the garden lights come on, illuminating, among other things, the beautiful olive trees at the entrance and the two interior patios, and the house begins to create an atmosphere that invites me to prepare dinner in this dream kitchen… at this moment I am grateful for the luck I have had in meeting you, Villa Nathalie. Purely Mediterranean with Ibizan flair on the Costa Blanca, Jávea.
