Madrid Fusión Alimentos de España 2025 will analyse the reasons and motives that articulated that revolution that spread across the planet from 1995 onwards.
Creative freedom, the will to change, rebellion, the daring to change the rules or the generosity to share advances and discoveries are some of the innovations that those revolutionaries introduced into avant-garde cuisine and that the most important gastronomic summit in the world will examine with the help of its main protagonists.

Madrid Fusión 2025 is hosting a new edition of Madrid Fusión Pastry Te Provincia Huesca La Magia Dulce with a more ambitious programme than ever. A stage dedicated to the world of haute patisserie and bakery where the figures who revolutionised this world three decades ago and many of the best professionals in the sector at the moment have paraded. A stage that is in a new location and which has also hosted several competitions.
