awarded at the prestigious international competition ‘Pool Design Awards 2020’

The prestigious international ‘Pool Design Awards 2020’, delivered every two years by Piscine Global Europe at the pool hall of the French city of Lyon, have recognized in its 2020 edition one of the works developed in recent months by Gunitec . The Xàbia company, which with this bronze becomes the only Spanish company awarded, has obtained the third prize in the category ‘La plus belle petite piscine’ (‘Small pool’) for its commitment to excellence and innovation in its Pool Las Palmeras Borguede.

This important recognition, endorsed by the great international fair set up by Piscine Global Europe to which companies from all over Europe attend every two years, joins the important list of awards and special mentions that Gunitec already has in its more than 40 years of history.

Las Palmeras Borguede. Its spectacular location, the strong commitment to technology in terms of automation, filtration, cleaning and lighting systems, its cover and wide durability are some of the attributes that define Gunitec’s work in this very special pool.

Technical description: The 3.6 x 3.6 Ezarri Zafiro mosaic is used for tiling the glass and covering the terraces with cream colored Valencian marble. The pool is equipped with the automatic Top Clean system, which keeps the bottom of the pool in a perfect state of cleanliness. Through the filtration system, which uses activated glass, better filtration quality and longer life are achieved. The back massage jets are activated by stainless steel piezo buttons. LED headlights: minimal consumption with color changes. Automatic cover with Cubritec polycarbonate solar slats.
