The Cala Bandida Group celebrates its first 10 years with a great meeting in Alicante together to media and guests.
The presentation and press lunch on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the Cala Bandida Group took place in Villa Bandida (Alicante). For the occasion, the restaurant group has announced that in a few months it will open Finca Bandida, its new brand that will arrive in Madrid at the hands of the Ovejero family.
The event was attended by the three members of the Group: Lucas Gisbert, who underlined “how important are the values of effort, teamwork and training that have improved season after season to get to this point: ten years of experience and at the gates of its next opening”, for their part, Stephan Fremeijer and Víctor López Caselles have talked about the beginnings of Cala Bandida and how different the concept was to what is now known as Cala Bandida, but without losing the DNA that has characterized them in these ten years.
The mayor of Jávea has highlighted “the spirit of work and excellence of the Cala Bandida Group is an example for all. That is why now the success of the Group represents us all, you have taken your traditional dishes one step further, but always respecting our product and our gastronomy”.
They have also had Nico Ayela, one of their teachers in the master’s degree in hospitality, their professional father and a fundamental pillar for the Cala Bandida Group, and Borja Susilla, gastronomic adviser for the Cala Bandida Group, who has designed a special menu made up of dishes star of the Cala Bandida Group.
