CASA ALBE - Miralbo Luxury Construction

Inspired by the waves of the Mediterranean Sea and its coastline, CASA ALBE has an elegant and organic design that blends perfectly with its surroundings. The house is perched on the cliff in a spectacular front line location, between the two most emblematic coves of the Jávea coast: Granadella and Ambolo, and seems to be floating over the sea.

The architectural design and the movements of the curves are defined by the original topography of the terrain, also chasing the south orientation and the best views. The goal was to recreate in the architecture, the sinuous lines of our Mediterranean coast of the Costa Blanca.

This luxury residence combines a modern design with natural materials such as Italian Travertine marble and the masonry retaining walls are made with hand-made natural stone, according to the tradition of the area.

In order to make the most of the exclusive location and orientation of the plot with its unrivaled views of the Mediterranean coast, CASA ALBE  has been designed on several levels, with various terraces and outdoor lounge  areas, including a rooftop chill-out area and a shimmering Infinity pool that seems to melt into the sea.

The interior areas extend to the exterior and allow to enjoy the infinite views of the sea in each room through the large-format integrated minimalist windows of the brand Panoramah!

The materialization of the spectacular curved design of the overhangs has required a careful approach and a complex structural design, also  the careful installation of travertine marble following the curved design of the house.

The elegant organic lines continue throughout the design of both the building and the exteriors. The landscaped design of the gardens includes local Mediterranean herbs and plants. The lighting design accentuates and enhances the beauty of the volumes. The house becomes a sculptural work of art, during the day bathed in natural light and at night, with its particular lighting design.

CASA ALBE has been carefully designed, taking into account the individual needs of the client and seeking to enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle to the fullest. For example, in order to avoid blocking the sea views from the living room, the television is mounted on a lift that hides into the floor.

The house is very practical and has everything needed for a relaxed lifestyle and a spacious terrace with an integrated chill-out area and a water fountain for a zen atmosphere. This mansion has three floors, it is bright, spacious and elegant. An elevator connects the three levels that include en-suite bedrooms on the first floor, living room, dining and fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor and on the lower level a luxury spa with Hamman, sauna, Jacuzzi and indoor pool with counter current, a private gym, a cinema room, billiard room, a cellar and interior garage for 3 cars.

All construction was carried out according to a strictly organized schedule, using high-quality materials and the highest quality of execution.
