Reale Seguros Madrid Fusión 2020 has closed its doors after three days in which it has concentrated global gastronomic interest. More than 300 professionals have disseminated through its seven scenarios to concentrate a unique congress activity, which has had for the first time the celebration of the MIP (Madrid International Pastry), the first International Congress of Pastry, Bakery and Chocolate of Spain , in Hall 14 and 14.1 of IFEMA.

Because in this edition, the age of majority, Madrid Fusión has changed the stage by gaining meters to expand its exhibition space, which has managed to reach 230 companies for the first time, a record number of the congress. In addition, Reale Seguros Madrid Fusión 2020 has had more than 2,000 congressmen and 13,000 visitors.

The interest has been divided between the main stage, which has hosted the presentations of the best chefs in the world - Koji Kimura, Isabella Potí, Luca Dani García, Luke Dale Roberts, Vicky Cheng, Joan Roca, Angel León, Andoni Luis Aduriz, Dabiz Muñoz or the three Italian stars Niko Romito, who has also won the European Chef of the Year Competition; the multipurpose room, with up to thirty presentations, and the rooms of the didactic workshops, while the public interacted visiting the proposals of the 230 brands that have populated the pavilion. They also did it enjoying Enofusión and The Drinks Show, two more parallel activities of the congress.

In the course of the final day the name of the new Revelation Cook has been known, in this case Revelation Cook, since the title has fallen to Camila Ferraro, a 32-year-old chef at the Sobretablas restaurant in Seville. First woman to win the contest.

Sevillian Camila Ferraro becomes the first woman to win the award. Xune Andrade, from the Monte Restaurant (San Feliz, Asturias), has been second, and Samuel Naveira and Génesis Cardona, from the Muna Restaurant (Ponferrada, León), third.

On the morning of this last day of Reale Seguros Madrid Fusión, one of the most important awards of the Spanish gastronomic panorama, the Balfegó sponsored Revelation Prize award, was presented. Finally, it has been Camila Ferraro, a 32-year-old young Sevillian at the controls of the Sobretablas restaurant (Seville), who has won the award, proclaiming Cook Revelation 2020, an award that recognizes the work and the future of the present and the future of gastronomy in Spain. Ferraro becomes the first woman to win the award.
