Cookie policy
This page explains which cookies this site actually uses, for what purpose, and how to manage them. The table below was generated from a real audit of this site's code and traffic, not from a generic template.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in the user's browser to remember information between requests, such as keeping a session logged in.
Strictly necessary first-party cookies
This site currently uses only one first-party, strictly technical cookie, required for the contact/request form to work (keeping the session and validating the anti-tampering CSRF token). Browsing content without forms (home page, properties, news, magazine, recommendations) generates no cookie at all. Strictly necessary cookies do not require prior consent, but are still disclosed transparently.
No third-party, analytics or marketing cookies
As of this version, this site does not use analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics), advertising, social-media, third-party maps or reCAPTCHA-style verification. No scripts are loaded and no requests are made to third parties before the user interacts with the site.
Managing preferences
Since no non-essential cookie exists today, no meaningless "accept/reject" banner is shown. If a non-essential category (such as analytics) is added in the future, it will remain off by default until the user explicitly enables it from this same page, with withdrawal being just as easy as consent.
Deleting cookies already stored
You can delete or block any cookies already stored at any time from your own browser's settings.
