This policy clearly describes, processing activity by processing activity, how TELA MARINERA COMUNICACIÓN, S.L. handles the personal data of people who use this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

b) Categories of data
Only the identification and contact data that users voluntarily provide through this site's forms: name, company (optional), email address, phone number (optional) and the content of the message. No special-category data is collected.
c) Purposes of processing
General contact: handling the enquiry submitted. Professional collaboration/advertising: managing a business-collaboration request. Interest in a property: managing an information request about a specific property. Newsletter: sending commercial communications, only if the separate marketing-consent checkbox was voluntarily ticked. Editorial staff access (CMS): managing access by authorised staff to internal editing tools. Security: preventing abuse and maintaining the site's technical security.
d) Legal basis
Contact, collaboration and property-interest requests: pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's own request (article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Newsletter: the data subject's explicit, separate consent (article 6(1)(a) GDPR), revocable at any time without retroactive effect. Technical security: the controller's legitimate interest in protecting its systems (article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
e) Retention periods
Data from a contact, collaboration or property-interest request is kept while it is being handled and, once resolved, for a maximum of 12 months, unless the request results in a contractual relationship, in which case the legal commercial and tax retention periods in force apply. Newsletter data is kept until consent is withdrawn. Technical security logs are kept for a short period, not exceeding 12 months.
f) Recipients
Data is not disclosed to third parties except where legally required to competent authorities. Certain technology providers (for example, the server hosting provider) may access the data solely as data processors, under a contract compliant with article 28 GDPR, and never for their own purposes.
g) International transfers
No international transfers of data outside the European Economic Area take place with the providers currently used. If a provider requiring such transfers is added in the future, this policy will be updated to state the applicable safeguard mechanism before that processing is activated.
h) Rights of data subjects
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, portability and, where applicable, withdrawal of consent (without retroactive effect) by writing to info@classandvillas.com, identifying yourself proportionately. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with the law.
i) Automated decisions
No automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects on users is carried out.

This site is aimed at a professional audience and is not directed at minors. Data from minors is not deliberately requested through this site's forms.
k) Geolocation
The feature that suggests a language based on the browser's approximate location is processed exclusively in memory, on the user's own device: it is not stored in cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage, and it is never sent to the server.
